What's included in the Early Access?
Early Access is a free trial on a few machines with a minimal version of the product. You receive a set of NFC/QR stickers, place them on your machines, and your operators can immediately start reporting failures. It's a chance to test TapSignal in your real-world conditions, with no commitment and no cost.
Do operators need to install an app?
No. TapSignal works directly in the phone's browser, with zero installation. The operator taps the sticker or scans the QR code, and the form opens instantly. No account to create, no password to remember.
What types of machines are compatible?
All of them. TapSignal works with any equipment — industrial machines, production lines, robots, compressors, forklifts… As long as you can stick a sticker on it, it works. The failure types automatically adapt to the configured machine type.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. The report form is cached on the phone. An operator can fill and submit a report even without network — the report is automatically sent once the connection returns. Only the initial machine setup requires a connection.
How long does it take to deploy TapSignal?
A few minutes per machine. Peel the sticker, stick it on the machine, scan it once to set the name and type — done. No software to install, no server to configure, no training needed for operators.
Where is the data stored?
Incident reports are sent directly to the channels you configure (Teams, WhatsApp, Email, Webhook). TapSignal does not store any sensitive data on its servers — your data stays within your ecosystem.
